We used Travel Gurus for the first time to plan an all-inclusive vacation. Melissa was very friendly and helpful! She helped us pick out a destination (Puerto Vallarta) and suggested a resort that met our needs and budget. She also provided us with great advice for travelling in Mexico and informed us of what travel preparations we needed to make in advance of our trip. My only complaint is that I didn’t always receive timely follow-up, and that could be improved. Overall, a good experience.
