We had very good help booking and taking care of all the arrangements in respect to our trip. Melissa actually booked it on behalf of Sue as she was with another customer.
We were indecisive as to where to go, but the agents helped. Only thing we had a problem with was in the end of our actual trip. Hotel became the Grand memories and that was not a very good experience overall. I have already contacted Sue and told her about it and have the e mail ready to send as well.
I would use the Travel Gurus again and let our friends know about the service as well.
