Travel Gurus was a great place to book a trip with. The young, eager, and enthusiastic travel agents make it a great option to plan your vacation with especially for travellers in their 20’s. They do a great job at laying it all out for you in an organized manner. They also do their best at answering the questions that they know, but if they don’t, they’ll do the work to find it out for you. I am glad I chose to plan and book my trip with a agency rather than doing all the work on own. Why? It took a lot of the hassle out of it, especially when planning a big trip with MANY cities involved.
A few pieces of feedback I have:
– I found some errors in the travel invoices/itineraries. Things like dates and times… Which is huge. I would encourage agents to double check what they are typing up. Thankfully we noticed these errors or that the times were not off by too much, otherwise my friend and I would have potentially missed our flight.
– The options for accommodations were not always the cheapest which was a criteria we highlighted. We were always surprised by the prices, and eventually found better, cheaper places on our own.
