Very nice resort food was consistant,activities could be approved upon but unfortunately there was quite a lot of rain and flooding which caused cayous drains plugged, inefficient equipment, poor organization,mimiminal communication lots of different answers when asking working personel like how do you get across the flooded area to other ventures water running into our room wife didnt see the 2 inches of water and fell with bruised knees i cut the bottom of foot on broken glass when helping house keeping move the furniture but did relocate us to up graded room but told us they would be their in 10 minutes so waited in room only for them to show up 2.5 hours later so waisted vacation time after 6 days still didnt have the flooding in control .staff have no idea how to properly handle situation and make things worst this type of weather happens on average every 2 years in this area according to my research
