Booking was very easy with Mellisa and Hidar. The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort was awesome. The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. The room was very clean. The food was awesome especially the Jerk Hut and let’s not forget the Apletons Rum. The only problem we had was with Transat Air. They have lost my wives bag with all her close. So we had to spend close to a $100 to get her some close until the bag arrived. It turned out the suit case never made the flight that day and stayed behind in Edmonton. It would be nice to get that $100 back. But over all a very nice relaxing holiday. Beautiful people and awesome food. Will for sure go there again and use Hidar and his team to help us in the near future. Thank you Travel Gurus.
