As a first time traveler, I quickly became overwhelmed with the amount of agencies, flights and vacation deals available to me. A friend recommended that I contact Melissa from TravelGurus to see if she would be able to arrange my vacation. At first I was hesitant that it would be difficult to express what I wanted for my vacation never meeting face to face to discuss it (I live on Vancouver Island). As soon as I e-mailed Melissa, she immediately took away the stress I had about booking a vacation. She made suggestions for locations and hotels and answered my questions with great punctuality.
I don’t think another travel agency would have been able to provide the experience that Melissa provided me with. Everything from travel insurance to transportation and my dietary restrictions (celiac disease) was taken care of at our hotel.
