Who provides this certificate? 
This certificate is issued by a promotional company that arranges hotels and flights based on your submitted preferences. All travel requests are subject to approval and may be confirmed as quickly as within 24 hours, depending on your travel dates.

Which hotel will we get on the Strip?
Typically, initial bookings are made at available hotels like Excalibur, The Linq, or Circus Circus with no additional upgrade fees. Requests for other hotels may incur upgrade fees, which will be quoted after the request is submitted.

Are direct flights included? 
We aim to book the most direct flight options from your chosen departure city, though direct flights are not guaranteed. Additional fees for flight upgrades may apply.

What are the required costs?
Only the air taxes are mandatory to confirm your Viva Vegas booking, along with any optional extras you select. Resort fees are separate and payable upon hotel check-in.

    All information MUST be entered correctly. Any changes required after the reservation is processed may result in additional charges.To avoid penalties, please provide full names EXACTLY as they appear on travel documentation.

    Your certificate entitles you plus 1 to airfare at a participating Canadian airport roundtrip to Las Vegas, with 3 nights/4 days of accommodations on the strip.

    1. All vacation offers are subject to Travel Gurus promotional availability and inventory.
    2. All travel must be completed within 12 months after certificate has been issued.
    3. This vacation must be booked and confirmed at least 45 days prior to requested departure date.
    4. Check in valid for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (Subject to availability). Weekends and Holidays will have additional costs.
    5. Taxes not included (Approximately $250 per passenger). Resort taxes are additional and paid to the resort directly upon check in
    6. Block-out dates are Dec 15th- Jan 15th and Feb 15th - April 15th. Peak Season & Holidays will incur additional costs.
    7. Holidays and other dates are subject to flight availability.
    8. Accommodations are guaranteed to be on the strip. Optional resort upgrades are available at additional costs.
    9. Passengers must be over the age of 21, with a valid Canadian passport and must have major credit card.
    10. This certificate is not for re-sale, exchangeable for cash and cannot be copied.
    11. If this Certificate is used inappropriately by any terms it will then be terminated.
    12. Actual or potential losses, any damages to persons or property arising during this offered vacation, Travel Gurus will not be held responsible.
    13. Travel Gurus reserves the right to change or adjust these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
    14. Travel Gurus is the only party who have the right to alter these terms and conditions.
    15. This is a request only. Payment for additional taxes or upgrades must be made before you receive a confirmation.
    16. Names exchanges are not permitted.
    17. All prizes must be taken as offered. Changes and extensions to the expiry date are not permitted.
    18. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
    19. No refunds on any payments for taxes or upgrades.
    20. This prize cannot be sold nor redeemable for cash. In the event that this certificate is sold, this certificate will become void.
    21. All prizes are offered subject to availability and promotional space at the time you request the booking. Fees, taxes, surcharges and upgrades are the responsibility of guests traveling and must be paid for at the time of approval.
