Do I need to book my trip with Travel Gurus?
No. You can request a travel insurance quote even if you booked elsewhere. Available coverage depends on eligibility and the plan selected.
Does every plan include medical and cancellation coverage?
No. Plans differ. Review the benefits and insured amounts shown in your quote and policy. Ask us if you need help identifying the available options.
What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
Review the eligibility and pre-existing condition provisions carefully. Answer any medical questions accurately and completely, and ask for clarification before purchasing if you are unsure how a question or definition applies.
Does cancellation coverage let me cancel for any reason?
Do not assume that it does. Standard cancellation benefits apply to the covered events described in the policy. Ask whether a separate Cancel for Any Reason option is available and review its conditions and reimbursement limits.
Who do I contact for emergency assistance or a claim?
Use the emergency assistance and claims instructions in your insurance documents. For a medical emergency, follow the policy’s instructions for contacting the insurer’s Assistance Centre. Our agency email is for general questions and quotes.
